2. Services Provided
Unlimited Packaging Service LLC offers:
- Virtual Mailboxes & Physical Mailboxes Secure mail receiving, storage, forwarding, and pickup.
- Notary Services In‑person or remote notarization as permitted by state law.
- Packaging & Shipping Services Packaging, labeling, preparation, and shipment through carriers including :SPS, UPS, Amazon Logistics, DHL, and FedEx.
- Retail & Subscription Box Packaging Assembly, preparation, and fulfillment of retail packaging, subscription boxes, and custom packaging solutions.
- Materials & Labor Unlimited Packaging Service LLC provides both packaging materials and labor, including:
- Boxes
- Labels
- Fillers
- Tape
- Protective packaging
- Custom packaging supplies Materials may be included in certain plans or billed separately depending on Customer selection.
3. Unlimited Service & Fair Use Policy
“Unlimited” refers to reasonable usage within normal business or personal needs. To protect service quality:
- Excessive or abusive request volume may result in limits.
- Warehouse‑scale commercial fulfillment is not included.
- Automated or mass submissions designed to overload the system are prohibited.
- We may pause, limit, or terminate service for violations.
4. SMS Communication Consent
By using our services, you consent to receiving SMS messages including:
- Mail arrival notifications
- Package status updates
- Shipping confirmations
- Notary reminders
- Billing alerts
SMS Terms:
- Standard message/data rates may apply.

5. Mailbox Rules
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate identification and contact information.
- Pick up mail and packages promptly.
- Not use the mailbox for illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Understand that unclaimed mail may be returned, destroyed, or forwarded at Customer expense.
6. Packaging & Shipping Rules
- We package items using industry‑standard methods and materials.
- Carrier delivery times, rates, and guarantees are determined by USPS, UPS, Amazon, DHL, and FedEx.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, damage, or loss once the package is handed off.
- Hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items will not be accepted or shipped.
7. Notary Service Rules
- Valid government‑issued ID is required.
- Notaries may refuse service if documents appear incomplete, fraudulent, or violate state law.
- Remote notarization follows state‑specific legal requirements.
8. Payment & Billing
- Fees must be paid according to the Customer’s selected plan.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination.
- Fees for shipping, packaging materials, and add‑on services are non‑refundable.
- Mailbox rental fees are billed monthly or annually.
9. Liability Limitations
Unlimited Packaging Service LLC is not liable for:
- Carrier‑related delays, damage, or loss
- Customer‑provided packaging that fails during transit
- Items damaged before arrival at our facility
- Mail or packages not picked up within required timeframes
- Customer failure to respond to communication requests
Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the monthly service fee.
10. Prohibited Items
We do not accept, store, package, or ship:
- Illegal substances
- Weapons or ammunition
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods without prior approval
- Items posing safety risks
We may reject any item at our discretion.
11. Termination of Service
We may suspend or terminate service if:
- Customer violates these Terms
- Customer engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Payment fails or remains overdue
- Customer uses services for illegal purposes
Customers may cancel anytime; no refunds for partial billing periods.
12. Changes to Terms
Unlimited Packaging Service LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
